The Kia Picanto, Rio and Sorento were all awarded with the top spot in their respective categories and Kia was placed third in the manufacturer awards, an improved of five places from the previous year. Kia achieved its high ranking due to impressive scores in ‘Practicality and Boot Space’ and ‘Reliability and Build Quality’.
The survey is completed yearly by real car owners and is the UK’s number one customer satisfaction survey, reviewing manufacturers, dealers, insurance and breakdown covers.
