New Car Sales Consultant Role
We are looking to grow our young vibrant team due to the overwhelming demand for our Kia Brand. The successful, energetic applicant would need to have proven previous sales experience together with a desire to succeed, and commit to continual learning and demonstrate the ability to offer outstanding customer service.
Located in busy Reynella , Wayne Phillis Kia has been awarded South Australia’s Kia Dealer of the Year for the last 5 years.
This great opportunity for a motivated sales professional offers high volume traffic and loads of repeat and referred customers with opportunities to sell 25+ cars per month combined with a rewarding bonus structure that would see you earn in excess of $100k per annum, plus superannuation and a fully maintained company car.
Our sales team is supported by a concierge and delivery coordinator, managing post-sale and prior delivery customer communication, leaving more quality time to concentrate on Selling MORE cars.
The successful candidate must be process-driven, results orientated, and display energy, integrity, and a positive attitude. Other requirements are excellent interpersonal skills and are able to work within our team and to consistently meet or exceed sales objectives, along the journey offering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent position working a 5-day week including Saturdays. The successful applicant will enjoy a substantial retainer based on experience plus commissions together with a fully maintained company vehicle
