Matt was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, fair & down to earth. The fact that he made a 2 hour + round trip out to us after hours so we could test drive our new car just shows how committed he is to customer service. A big thanks also to Alycia for arranging the tinting to be done prior to pick up and keeping us in the loop. We absolutely LOVE our new car! Couldn't recommend Matt & Wayne Phillis Kia enough.

My SS Commodore threw a belt as a result of a broken tensioner. I barely got to Wayne Phillis Reynella as the power steering packed up and they r not really drivable like that. They dropped everything and fixed the car that day, offered to drop us off, were really nice. I'd give more stars if i could. Thank you guys so much.

I have just taken delivery of my new Kia Cerarto Hatch. My sincere thanks to Sales Exeutive, Hein Landsberg for his excellent service in being prepared to go that extra mile to ensure I was fully confident and comfortable with the operating the vehicle's various features and getting me the best deal.

The space in new Cerarto feels more spacious and comfortable to drive than the previous model and it drives like a dream. Yet, the overall size of the new model is no bigger than the previous Cerarto.

I appreciated Cusomer Relation Executive, Alycia Giglio fine tuning my understanding of the car's Phone and Multimedia system when I sort further clarification. Initially, it took some getting my head around the different features, but my questions were answered clearly and patiently. Obviously the Wayne Phillis Kia Reynella team are there not only to sell you an amazing vehicle but also provide excellent followup service in a professional, friendly and caring manner.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Kia reynella for their awesome customer care. I was very impressed with their service and the work they did on my car yesterday. Quickly fixing my issue with my central locking allowing me to be able to get in my drivers door after a week of climbing across the passenger seat. Most appreciate their efficient diagnosis. Along with my new drive shaft. Should keep my car going for a few more years. Hopefully. I did fall in love with the sportage i was driving home in! 😍
